We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at returns@audioborne.com. If accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For international returns, duties and taxes paid are the responsibility of the customer and may not be refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the EU: you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank or card processing times may vary.
